Team BoldWater Takes 3rd in Bob Lewis Billfish Challenge

Team BoldWater’s Troy Denson and Derek Redwine ventured down I-95 to steamy South Florida to compete in the Captain Bob Lewis Boat Center/Yamaha Billfish Challenge. Fishing with Captain Rob Fordyce on the VooDoo Daddy, a 32’ SeaCraft, the team took a hotly contested 3rd place overall with a total of 10 sailfish.

Team BoldWater went 1 for 7 on Saturday and an amazing 9 for 9 on Sunday. The ecstatic team walked away with thousands in cash. Not bad for a day’s worth of fast action sailfish fun.

“It felt great to compete with some of our clients down on their turf,” says Troy Denson.
