2004
H.O.T. Fishing Circuit Awards/ BoldWater Holiday Party!
December 3 , 2004 - Cocoa Beach, FL
Have
you ever seen Monster Garage or Monster House on the Discovery
Channel, where they have only a few hours to go and it seems
that barely anything is done? Well that is what it looked
like when the BoldWater crew pulled up at the Cocoa Beach
Hilton on December 3rd to set up for the 2004 H.O.T. Fishing
Circuit Awards/ BoldWater Annual Holiday Party.

BoldWater Crew ready to set up.... but is
the hotel ready for us??
Inside the hotel it was pretty hectic, yet the staff and
crews were working feverishly to get things done. They had
two separate construction crews still working laying carpet,
installing lights and making final preparations while we
were setting up! BoldWater was the very first group to hold
an event there since the hurricanes and preparations definitely
came down to the wire.
But as 7:30pm rolled up and the guests arrived, the room
was miraculously pulled together and no sign of the complete
insanity a few hours earlier.

The
flowers and holiday decorations were perfect, places were
set with tons of free goodies, the bar was open and all
the sponsors and their free products were there. We even
managed to talk the hotel GM into letting us bring the 18ft
Hell’s Bay Glades Skiff™ boat that the number
one team, Team Relentless won, into the hotel for display!

Marine artist Brian Sylvester made his BoldWater debut and
had two incredible originals on exhibit. We hear he sold
the awesome snook painting- congrats to the new owner.

Brian Sylvester with his lovely wife
Kelly. Apparently Brian had a run-in with a sandbar while
surfing the day before the party... and the sandbar won.
The awards ceremony was fun and well presented by Randy
Anderson. All the winners received their cash, prizes and
awards.

The ceremony was standing room only and the crowd was great.
The enthusiasm and camaraderie shown by the anglers was
phenomenal.

Team
Relentless won Top Overall Boat and a new Hell's Bay!
The
long awaited party was a huge success and the drinks and
dancing lasted until it was time to go for the evening.
Thanks again to everyone who came from near and far to celebrate
with us. With the H.O.T. Fishing Circuit growing to a total
of six zones in 2005, next year’s will be bigger and
better.

A special thanks again to all our sponsors for providing
the great prizes and cash awards. Also we would like to
thank all of those who came out to help and assist us to
make this the best awards party yet - your hard work is
so very appreciated! We look forward to seeing you all next
year for the 2005 tournament season!
